This road is called the King Fahad Rd. (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
My office is in the opposite side. I love how peaceful the road is as per the photograph vs how it normally is.
Riyadh – The place where my husband and I grew up, along with our siblings. We’ve gone to the same school as there was only one Philippine School available at that time. We’d go to one mall as there weren’t any other malls. Things were different back then. We’ve seen how the Kingdom has transitioned…
It feels bittersweet knowing that we may be leaving the place soon given that our folks are retiring & we’ve got nothing major to justify our stay. My in-laws may go to the US and my parents may be travelingΒ for a while or they could proceed their life long dream to be missionaries in Cambodia.
Oh, the life of an expatriate!
Yours is a marvelous life, your experiences are amazing, I am happy for you. Seek Jesus also Who will guarantee you a life of bliss in heaven, many more times the one you have already have.

Seems like there is a lot going on in your head right now, Janis. But let the dust settle and you will find out what to do next. At the very least, you can look at whatever is next as a new adventure. Looking back has use, and so does looking forward.

Omg! After looking at the date tree photo on Google, I think it is! Haha every time I see those trees, I always assume it’s a palm tree. π
